• Classic Method Wine Making Machine.
• Towers mounted on a single steel structure to automatically perform gorgoging, pouring, liquor dosing and leveling operations. The monoblock mainly consists of two turrets, the first of which rotates continuously and the second rotates intermittently.
• The first tower is dedicated exclusively to the degorgement operation: equipped with three bottle gripping/closing units, it turns the bottle by 65° and then extracts the cap from the crown (transported to a collection tray inside the base).
• The second turret has six working points (each equipped with a clamp) and performs three operations in the space of a single rotation: pouring, liquor dosing and wine leveling.
• In the version with two motor units, the monoblock reaches an hourly production of 900 bottles/hour
