Automatic monobloc in stainless steel composed of:
[1] Slanted capsules dispenser mod. 4603D-408 suitable for tin, polylaminated and shrink-wrap foils with cork detection photocell, bottle neck centring device and pressing capsule.
[2] Sleeker for tin and polylaminate capsules with heads speed rotation adjusted through inverter from 1.000 to 2.000 r/pm (for aluminium caps add pre-sleeker).
[3] Linear labeller for autoadhesive labes with:• 3 Station for body label with height adjustment with step-step motor.• Back label station with heigh adjusting with step-step motor.Variable step infeed screw bottles inlet and transfer between stations.Equipped for one type of cylindrical bottles.Labelling station and monobloc management centralized from the control panel with touch screen (possibility to save bottles format).
Machine with 0,3Hp conveyor and collecting plate of 500 mm.Machine supplied with security guards according to CE standards.
