Enoveneta produces a wide range of stemmers, with hourly productions ranging between 5 and 120 tons/h.
The TOP series de-stemmers were designed to adapt to different processing needs, depending on the variety and degree of ripeness of the grapes. Furthermore, specific measures have been adopted to facilitate the processing of mechanically harvested grapes.
