Capsule magazine on a horizontal surface with capsules feed to the distributor by means of a motorized belt.
Automatic capsule dispenser with single bell with compound “tilting-elliptical” movement to be able to pick up and accompany the capsules from the magazine onto the bottle, guaranteeing precision and reliability of the installation.
Bottle neck centering device to keep the bottle neck perfectly still and stable during the capsule laying phase.
Presser for forced capsule introduction.
Double head system designed to receive thermal, snare, pneumatic, interchangeable heads according to the type of processing required.
Accident prevention protections according to CE standards.
Centralized electrical panel complete with inverter and PLC.
Base covered in stainless steel.
Production: from 2,000 to 5,500 b / h depending on the type of capsules processed.
