The Robino & Galandrino distribution and rolling monoblock - Astra type is a compact capping unit that has the following characteristics:

Capsule magazine with horizontal plane or long autonomy with bottom loading
Mechanical pre-extraction of the capsules before their expulsion
Capsule distribution system with elliptical-rotary movement: single-head for production up to 9,000 b / h, multi-head for production up to 21,000 b / h
Centering of the bottle neck during the ejection of the capsule
Rotary snare turret complete with new generation Robino & Galandrino heads (international patent).
Machine completely managed by PLC with speed variation controlled by Inverter
Accident prevention protections according to CE standards.
Air consumption (at 6 bar): 6 liters / sec, for all models
