Bomba Peristáltica

The peristaltic pump is the new soft and delicate system to transport more dense fluids. The pump is adapted to work with liquid (wine, fruit juices, milks, oils), semi-solid products (whole grape, pressed, destemmed, tomatoes, fruit salad) or abrasive products (wine, food, ground). The principle of operation of this pump is based on the pressure rotating rolls, progressively crushing a rubber tube, causing a push product toward the exit. The alternating compression and relaxation of the tube produces a continuous flow of product and consequently a constant pumping. The advantages provided by this pump is able to operate avoiding oxidations, shakes, emulsions, grain crushing or similar and avoid contact between product and pumping element.
